As Servy grew, so did its need to offer a customized experience for partners using their platform. Behind Servy’s Order@ web app and Kiosk products was the Hub – a centralized control panel where both Servy and its partners can organize, store, and display multiple data-sources to customers.
I was tasked to design this Servy Hub from the ground up. Beginning in 2015, the initial design started rather minimal, with basic functionality for adding retail items, photos, and pricing information. Over time, as the needs of partners grew, so did the complexity of customizations.
Knowing the need for future expandability, I designed the Servy Hub in modules so the partners can enabled or disable individual sections as needed.
